Free Conditioning Training 

At our club, we believe that strong physical fitness, mental resilience, and unwavering willpower are the foundation of all sports. These sessions are designed to help our athletes become stronger, faster, and healthier — both on and off the court.

*All players who attend multiple indoor basketball classes per week are eligible to join the outdoor training for free.

🏃‍♂️ Speed & Agility

Quick direction changes, explosive movement, faster reactions

Training Includes:

  • Sprints

  • Ladder drills

  • Cone drills

  • Reaction training

💪 Strength & Power

Build total-body strength, increase explosiveness and stability

Training Includes:

  • Bodyweight training (push-ups, squats)

  • Resistance bands

  • Medicine ball throws

  • Jump training (plyometrics)

🔋 Endurance & Conditioning

Boost stamina, cardiovascular health, and recovery capacity

Training Includes:

  • HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

  • Interval running

  • Aerobic circuits

  • Core conditioning

 Schedule

Sessions will take place as scheduled unless you receive a cancellation notice.

⚠️ As these are outdoor sessions, they may be canceled due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme heat.
